Yes me, but I got really freaked out by the white arm at the end of the last episode.
I must admit that after the confusion of the first episode I am enjoying it. Although the sight of 70s man joining Alex Kingston in the bath...with his pants on...was a little unlikely.
80's man Bimbo;)
Sorry....getting confuddled by the times changing...80's man it is...
Caught up with both episodes last night and must admit the white hand freaked me out too Lily. Put my foot out of the bed during the night cos I was hot, but then thought of that hand and pulled it straight back in again!!! What a wuss!
Lol! The white hand made me flinch too! Loving the series so far though.
I'm hooked too although I'm finding it getting complicated. Some of the modern characters obviously also featured as kids/younger in either the 60s bit or 80s bit.
The kitten in the pond scared me more than the hand.

Now that Ruth is in the up to date era of the drama, makes me wonder if she ever found out how her Alice died. I know she drowned but wonder if it was murder, im wondering if it is the father or maybe that is too obvious.
The white hand freaked me out too lol,the cat bit was horrible.
I'm loving it too, but am also finding it a wee bit confusing. Is the guy who was doing the gardening for the deaf girl and her family the husband of the pregnant girl? If so she looked about the same age as him, when in fact she should be much older, as in the 1st episode we saw her sign "I'm sorry" to the young Ruth, suggesting that she was a similar age to Alice. I'm guessing she has something to do witht the death of Alice. Looking forward to tonights episode!
I'm loving Marchlands, it's getting really interesting now.
April - yes the gardening bloke is the partner Nisha, of the pregant woman who lives in the house in 2010. I remember the bloke in the village shop (who's the teenage son from the eighties house) saying that they were a couple of years apart in age, so he must just have a thing for much older women, as the deaf woman, Olive, should definitely be around the same age as Alice.
Thanks for clarifying Betty, I thought that was the case but just thought they looked a similar age in the gardening scenes!
I thought that too, and was thinking maybe the gardening bloke is older than he looks, but then i remembered him being pretty much the same age as the teenager from the eighties house. So maybe eighties Olive was older than she looks.
I hope nothing bad is going to happen to Amy (the eighties girl) and I'm also keen to know what happens to Ruth's husband. I noticed Old Ruth is still wearing her wedding ring, maybe she is a widow, I hope their loss didn't split them up, I feel so sorry for Ruth.
Yes Betty, I think there is more to the character of Ruth's husband too, I also think the girl who plays the young Ruth is terrific and Anne Reid is a great choice for the older Ruth. Roll on 9pm!!
Am also enjoying it, but am a tad confused by who which what where and why!
Havent seen it, but Mrs B thinks it's pretty good and is following it.
Loving it-however if my husband, who did not watch the first episode, asks me to explain things just once more, he will be joining the list of murder victims.
who watched last night - how creepy was it when Scott was having that seizure and Alice was standing in the doorway watching him? *shudder*
Yes that was creepy but I found the scariest bit all the dolls' eyes - horrible!
Cripes

Think i may start watching this, if on ITV catch up....sounds good :0)
yeah that was creepy too, I hate dolls. especially porcelain ones. I had horrible dreams last night.
