Is he the same guy that was in the fruit and veg "emporium" getting David Brent's autograph in the christmas finale of The Office. Also in that new show on BBC with the one from Gavin and Stacey and the one from the IT Crowd, is one of the men David Brent's manager in aforementioned Office episode?

Its actor Dan Renton Skinner who plays Angelos Epithemiou, and yes he was in the Xmas special of the Office

As for your second question

Patrick Baladi was the actor who was Brents superior, not sure thw show though that stars a Gavin&Stacey actor with an IT Crowd one

Naw it's the guy who plays Brent's manager when he's doing the nightclub gigs. Don't know the name of the show on BBC yet.
