they put it on i think hoping young uns do watch it lol but im 23....but my mums sittng downstairs watching it!! i think we can all still learn hahaha i like progs like that!! haha!

Actually...it's quite a good program,with lots of straightforward advice.Parents should watch with their kids....and maybe learn along the way,also.
