I think it's 'Speed'..

im sure it is speed but wasnt the line in speed

hhmm. the one i was trying to think of definitely had the swear word in
Sounds like Speed (Dennis Hopper character) but Bruce Willis may well have said it in one of the Die Hards
definatly speed. and if you didn't no dat then you ain't seen the film and ur a ****. if u do no an ur testing us then ur a **** 2!

For some reason, I find it amusing that the baddie is called Howard Payne.

 

How about this quote - anyone know where this is from?

The prize for knowing is some extra respect from us. Well, from me anyway.

As a more civilised answer to oligopoly, IIRC the 'hot shot' version of the quote comes from early in the film in dialogue between Keanu Reeves and Jeff Bridges when they're trying to defuse the bomb in the building; the 'MF' version comes later on between Keanu and Dennis Hopper when the action is escalating and tempers are getting a little worn :O)
