Yes , it was way out of order , and the poor rider was embarrassed . She asked him to smile and show his teeth to the camera , and said something like he can now afford to get the awful teeth done !

The guy was absolutely delighted. Then she goes and says that! Everyone will be taking his picture, and now he'll be really self-conscious.

Yes it was bad...I hope the BBC sack her for it, imagine if the tables were turned and he asked her to turn to the camera and said "Now I`ve won all that money I`ll give you some to have a sex change so you can complete the look of a man"
