Old TV Film

I want to get a cast list for a 1974 BBC TV film but don't know how. There is an archives site at the BBC but they say they will not reply to research requests.
Any ideas?

It is called 'They Disappear When You Lie Down'. I am trying to find the name of the guy who played the table tennis umpire!

There was for a while, an online version of Infax, the BBC database, that may have given you the answer. A lot of the stuff on the online version was only what is still held in the BBC archive.
I believe they hope to put it back online one day with an expanded database for the public to view...

I think you'll find it was an ATV production.
