I believe he does - according to the magazines... plus if you look at the background og this ad it seems to be in a morgue and Jack holds up a tag with Max's name on it which seems to be a body ID tag ....he needs to go as he is a bore now .... pity she didn't leave him in Epping Forest... 6 feet under!
