Try a chiropractor. I suffered badly with back troubles and had all sorts of treatments (osteopath, acupuncture etc) when in desperation I tried a chiropractor. That was two years ago and I have never looked back. I now have a regular "MOT" every 8 - 10 weeks just to make sure all is ok. (Went yesterday as a matter of fact). Hope this helps

I've had lower back pain for a while and saw a video of a guy called matt furey wall walking.
Stand about 3 - 4 from a wall and reach over the top of your head and place your hands on the wall, fingers pointing down. Then walk you hands down (breathe). I couldn't believe the effect.
