Yes the weather was lovely .I didn't do much knees upping .Once the loud disco got going my bro wanted to go home .. He's not a happy chappie lately with his dodgy foot .I didn't mind though . I can still get a few drinks down me in a fairly short time :))
What a lovely pic shaney, you can zoom in well with your camera...I've got a blackbird who comes down the garden, gives me the 'feed me' eye and then walks back up the path with me. I get him some raisins and after a few I get the 'dessert now' and he waits 'til I give him mealworms, haha.
Question Author
He's a little fledging starling ..I chased him off at first as I was worried about killer cat ...but he had a job to lift off :)
The blackies are funny ....they spend a lot of time here in the tree at the side stripping the berries .
I've only got a cheap camera Robinia ..it's a Fujifilm thing but it's quite good
Would you like to see my ...........

oh wow, that's a lovely fuchsia shaney...and I've got day lilies like that. There's an old man down the road with lots of a red variety, I think I'll be cheeky and ask him for a bit before he goes and disappears on me too. He must be about 90, his garden's on the corner so a lot of it is visible, it's immaculate.
Oh hello biddies, am having a lazy day. Last night instead of the scotch egs Mr N fancied some fish n chips (not something readily available here) so we took hija to work in Playa den Bossa (awful place full of Geordie shore type people!) so crowded that I determined never ever to drive there on my own. Then we tried several tourist resorts but no fish n chips so ended up in our friends bar in Es Cana where I have had them recently, and they were delicious. The her boyfriend who is a member of the Magic Circle did cards tricks, it was amazing, just cannot see how he does them. Others were asking how Dynamo does things but he wouldn't say, its all in the code of the Magic Circle, I even ended up with my hand in his trouser pocket- umm not sure why, but nothing in there, cept later then the whole pack out, beyond me it is.

Then today a quiet day, walked to village for goats cheese salad, medallions of pork in a gravy type jus and blackcurrant cheesecake (not something that I eat often but was OK) Half a bottle of wine and I am back in bed having slept for a couple of hours, what a life!!

Mr N dropped hija back at P.den bossa and I slept on and on!!!

Jude how are you pet?

Hope you are all OK biddies, my laptop is playing up a bit. I had a message from yahoo saying that my email was hacked from Poland, not that they got anything from me, just a nuisance so have reset it and all OK now.
Question Author
Are you sure you didn't find anything in his trouser pocket Neti :))

I don't know what brand those fuchsias are Robinia .They are a hardy one though .My Mum used to have them in her garden .They never fail to put on a good show .I just chop them back to ground when they're finished and they survive any weather .

shaney those fuchsias are lovely, reminds me of when I was a kid, Dad always grew them too.

I wasn't hanging around long enough to see if there was anything in his pocket as he is a bit touchy feely with me, e en though he is about 15 yrs younger than me, I mentioned it to Mr N who hadn't noticed! Men!!
Question Author
oooh nooo.. not touchy feelies .I often run into an old flame in the library and he always puts his arm around me ....yikes ... :)

I am shaking with laughter, you are so funny shaney and Robi, trollop indeed!!! Youare a tonic!

Right nuff said mention it no more, end off!

By god it's hot here, am still in bed with lappy on my lap and it gives out a fair amount of heat, will have to dip (naked of course, what else would a trollop do!) in the pool, but it's still light so maybe will have to wait a bit (am not that trollopish!!!!)

Still chuckling!!
I am so, so tired having had about six hours sleep in 48 hours, but the wedding and the party afterwards were just great and I only had two alchy drinks all day. I was drunk on atmosphere. Now there is another Mrs LL !!
SIL is still here but going home this evening. Mr LL and her have just gone to get a Thai takeaway. Will catch up tomorrow.

xx
Just found out that the bride from May 6 is expecting Twins (they rather run in both families), and both of the identical twin nephews' partners are expecting again also. In fact one is due this very week, I can't afford all this!!!
waves to lottie didn't see you there, glad you had a good time!
hello all....lovely garden pictures. My front bit is mostly fuchsia and day lillies.
ha ha shaney is a poet.
I have been sewing an evening bag today to enter in the local show beadwork class. i made the beaded bit, a dreamcatcher done on crystals, some while ago, just need to make the bag to put it on now...better get going on it, the show is next saturday, I have jewellery, the garden and the bag to enter in the crafts bit, Sis has done jewellery and a card and there will be some garden entries but not sure yet what as the roses are looking iffy and I haven't turned out the spuds yet. There will probably be herbs and of course the liqueur...

bustles off looking all womanly
