got a letter in the post from Ikea with an imprinted scent on it-for a soothing and calming bedtime. Smells lovely and just used it for the toddler to help her settle back to sleep after being woken up, and thus far it seems to be working.....

If you think it works get some lavender oil or bags, better than a germy letter.

lol we have some sleepy spray upstairs, but thought i would give it a go as she was down stairs brieflyx
