Can anyone please tell me the broadcast dates for the dance competition series "Bump 'N' Grind" (2004) and "Bump 'N' Grind 2" (2005)? They were hosted by MC Harvey of So Solid Crew and broadcast on satellite channel Trouble.

I've looked on Wikipedia and IMDB but, although they both carry info on said programme, they don't specifically answer my query.

Trouble stopped broadcasting in April 2009, so I (obviously) can't ask them.
