Ben has to go. He's like a Hollywood film set – all front with no substance. He just goes around hugging everyone, telling anyone who's bored enough to listen that he loves them when it's pretty clear that Ben cannot love anyone other than himself. There just isn't enough room in Ben's world for him to love another. Ben's far too busy loving Ben.
Part of me want to like him because he does occasionally have something interesting to say. But lately, he's just been repeating himself over and over again.
It's as if he's read a book on how to be charming and friendly and has learned those lessons very well indeed. It's great for short duration social occasions such as dinner parties and the like but once his superficial platitudes have been exhausted, he's bereft of any other forms of communication and just resorts to bitching or repeating himself over and over again.
If they secretly removed Ben from the house and replaced him with a cardboard cut-out, I'd be surprised if anyone noticed.
