My Mum told me that Sir Alan had got rid of Madj because of his offensive sexist attitude....there was no room in his company for anyone with these views. (Good for Sir Alan!)
I wondered why he fired him and not James, who was the most obvious choice.
Anyone else heard this?

I must admit I dont usually watch it, but my son was watching it the other day and I caught a fair bit of it.

Seems to me that these reality shown need people with personaltites who are going to make the program interesting.

It does not matter if you fail, the worst mistake you can make on a reality TV show is to be boring.

I thought Majid was rather boring.

At least the other guys had some fire in their belly and were willing to argue and get excited, which makes good TV.

I think that is why they stayed in, and Mahid went out.
Quite agree VHG
Hi Le Chat:

I watched the programme and cannot remember any sexist overtones being used as a reason for sacking Madj - Sir Alan simply sacked him for incompetence.

Yes, James also could have been chucked out - he's useless and is on a very shaky peg!
