Not as creative nor original and visionary now as it was from the 90s? I feel from 1990 to 2000 a lot of ads were going through a bold 'untapped' rebellious approach now everyone seems to be "going for the safe option" these days. Agree?

One might aswell say "chart music isn't the same as when I knew it"


I thought I'd seen it all when, many years after, I heard The Velvet Underground, The Cure and The Cult being used in adverts.


I'm sure it's the same for everyone else, hearing music from 'their' era.
