Music on TCM trailer (Turner Classic Movies)

There's a particular song I keep hearing at the moment which is almost impossible to describe but is being used currently by TCM on a trailer for a future showing of a Clint Eastwood film.

R&Bish in sound, woman singer with strong voice (I'd say Whitney Houston but I doubt it). I wish I could describe it but other than saying it goes la-la la-la-la (brass section) I can't, LOL. Cannot work out a word she's singing either so no help there.

Bit vague but you guys have got answers to my questions before with almost as little info.

name of song or artist with chorus would(will)you be mine once again it's a female voice

a song dedicated to the new Mickey , and the old one
