Is it a radio prog that's available for listening online?

Other than that, it would be governed by your equipment and the means by which to interface it with a computer.
As Naz says, if it is broadcast on internet then you can. I use Freecorder4 to do this. It saves file as MP3 format.

It will be available for listening on-line. BBC Radio 7.

Thank you both. I'll try Freecorder 4
As above, the Freecorder plug-in for Firefox is perfectly capable ... it'll record anything that you can hear through your speakers.

I've used it to record online radio shows with total success.
