EE - poor security at the Argy Bargee

Sorry this should have been postedearlier but I have only just caught up on the last couple of episodes.

After Afia turned up at the Vic and Darren took her out - claiming she was there to see him - they went into the Argy Bargee to wait for Tamwar. Who let them in?? Does either of them hold the keys?? I only say this as Tamwar followed sometime after but they had already made themselves comfy!!!
