You should have asked earlier, JJ.

I fancy a pint in the Lion and Lobster (which is my usual watering hole when I'm in Brighton) but I'm a bit too far away ;-(
whats a mile long and has an IQ of 85?

a morning rush hour tailback to get into Aberystwyth.
A 'rush' here is 20 years, not an hour.
Its been announced that the U of Wales in Aberystwyth is to get a new vicar and that he is Italian.

He will be known locally as "Pasta"

Cripes, Naz ...

Do you live on the set of The Wicker Man, or Straw Dogs, or something?

This is about 2 mins walk from where I live ...

I was helping you out, I wasn't sure if you could spell University, lol. ;-))

AARGGGH, crowded, Jayne ... I'd go mad there.

The Lion and Lobster, Chris.

Isn't that the studenty place on the corner?

That's not far from here.

Is it still there?
Question Author
Naz ... I love it.

It's the only place to live.

Look how clean the air is.
Yeah, you can almost see right across the road from there, LMAO.x
Question Author
LOL

Okay, but it's buzzy, and jolly ... and it keeps me from going nuts.
I'm socially inept, a Welsh cave is honestly the best place for me.
How much do the local council charge for that - and if you own the cave, the property tax?
Band E ... it's a nice cave.
Sorry, JJ, I've been on other threads.

The Lion and Lobster is just up the road from the remains of the West Pier. I've never found it particularly 'studenty'. It simply seems to have a good mix of friendly locals, who'll always welcome strangers:

In defence to Naz, its probably cheaper than renting 1 room in London - or the property tax on a broom cupboard in Chelsea.
cheaper than a cave in Norfolk..... do they have any?
"cheaper than a cave in Norfolk..... do they have any?"
Where the hell do you think they all live?
Question Author
Oh, yes ... that is the one, Chris.

It's not really one of my hang outs.

Although I'm sure it's lovely.
