Victory V lozenges by the half pound, Sparks, Slade, The Sweet, Mott The Hoople, calling/being called a "flidd", platform shoes, Multi-Coloured Swap Shop, Why Don't You, Ludvig, Leslie Judd going "grab me grab me" when they nearly dropped her on the rocks by Eddystone Lighthouse, "get down shep!" ...jumpers for goalposts, isn't it, wasn't it ...marvellous !

The 1970's remind me of getting married, getting divorced and then meeting the love of my life. We married in 1979 and are still going strong.

Unfortunately by the 70s I was past my chilhood and knee-deep in studies at University. Still found time for Monty Python and Brown Ale, though.
