Why do the contestants have to analayse every question out loud and then answer 'yes Dale' all the time ....... really annoying :)

Went for an audition once for IITWI. They actually tell you to do the 'deliberation' thing and I think most people get picked on how well they 'think out loud' even though they probably know the answer straight away.
