Ever ordered something mega hot at the Indian and so badly regretted it the next day?
And is there anything you can to ease the side effects?
Help. :-(

And no, never had an indian I couldn't handle but then the hottest I'll go to is a madras and even then I really have to be in the mood for it. Get some of those tummy settler things (not rennie or indigestion, stuff you'd take for an upset tummy) and drink lots of water and you should be right by tea time.

Pro-biotic will get stuff moving which I imagine would be a good thing although I was thinking of natural yougurt. That mint yougurt you get in indians, I've seen them being given in a little pot for when people have ordered particularly hot curries.
