It's by Ennio Morricone, and it's called "My Name Is Nobody". The Morricone compilation Film Music 1966-1987 includes the track in question.

Yeah, it's from the 1973 Spaghetti Western Il Mio Nome E' Nessuno (My Name is Nobody). My problem is that I'm sure I first heard it in another film, but my mind's a blank (or it's playing tricks on me). Does anyone have any ideas? (I think it's an American 70s film, with a comedy or sex bias, but can't be sure).
