- christian name .... Common
- surname .... Rare in England. Considering all the ones in N'pton are related to me.
- accent / voice .... Not sure but I wouldn't say common.
- table manners .... Impeccable at all times even when I'm on my own.

4th question doc...

don't worry - I'm confused already, and I set the question.
not very
probably common in scotland
very unusual
polite
Christian name - Caroline. Not common, not rare.

Surname - It's not Smith... but then it's not Balasubrumanian either.

Accent - I do not have a regional accent. Heavily accented people (Scottish toe-rags for example) always say I sound posh.

Table manners - impeccable. I do detest watching a half-masticated sandwich rolling around someone's wide open, animatedly conversing cakehole.

Not very common but can be in certain areas.
Pretty common I imagine.
Not common at all on the basis that I don't sound like I'm from anywhere particularly according to the man hostage. Some would say I sound posh but they'd be wrong.
Common-ish with tendencies to drop food down my cleavage.
christian name ... not commom ... just stupid

surname ... unusual, but also a bit cr@p

accent ... you might say "Sloaney" ... or you might just say "stuck up cow"

voice ... mmm ... bit husky? (Mariella Frostrup?) (or just sealion?)

table manners ... crikey, I don't know ... I just eat off my lap !
