tv listings

I used to input 601 to get bbc1tv programmes and 602/603/604/605 for listings of the other main channels..
We press the red button and sometimes wait for ages for Ceefax to appear.
Don't think it is much of an improvement to the service sorry to say.
I input the football info 302 and 660 for the racing results but my wife would like to know whats the number for the tv listings.

There is none on Freeview,you must access Electronic Programme Guide,typical of the crap BBC.

thats because ceefax is gradually being switched off around the country. Can you not just get the menu up to check whats on?
