Two neighbours have frozen water pipes! So no water, can't use the loo ect ... One of the neighbours a young woman with children said she'd left the heating off last night as she couldn't afford to keep it on through the night while they were sleeping!

I answered on that thread Ankou......has it gone?
Who would have thought it would get cold and freeze in winter!!! Nobody prepares for winter then looks for someone to blame when things go wrong! Happens every year and every year it's on the news! Chaos! Who do we blame this time? the weather man? the government? the local authority? God? Allah? The Muslims? Im sure it must be someones fault!
Our council have ran out of grit as they based the grit going
to be used this winter on last years weather ( we didn't have any snow )
We can't buy any milk as the deliveries can't get through as the roads are not
gritted ...good planning !!!!
I was just watching the news and apparently parts of Hereford (my home town) reached temps of minus 17. The weather here in Spain is atrocious at the mo. Cold, strong winds, and the rain is just beating down.
