Problems with Sky+

i am having a bit of trouble with my sky+. when i pause a prog, for say about 15 mins, i start playing it again and after a few mins it will stop the paused content and go back to real time tv then i have to rewind back to where i paused. i dont know what to do about it. anyone else experienced this?
