Does anyone know which cartoon has a song in it with lyrics that go 'aye, aye, aye, aye (sic- sounds like cocolora ) hey, hey, hey we're on our way. I saw it in the 1980s and it takes place underwater.

That was from the 1979 film of "The Water Babies".
