Sqad, can I pick your brains, you being a medical man and all that?
My daughter dental nurse by pro.) has just came in from work to a letter from our local authority,saying my grandson was classed as obese, he is 3'8'' tall and weighs 3stone 7llbs, he is 5 yrs old and resembles a bean pole!
Why I mentioned my daughters job, if anyone is not allowed to eat rubbish, it is him, she is almost paranoid about giving him his 5 a-day.
He was a 26 weeks baby and we spent the first year rejoicing if he put on 1oz a day, she is a very unhappy mum about this, apparently for his age they should weigh between 2st 10lb and 3st 7lb which he is!!!

Not sure it's more fun but I'm scheduling patients for surgery, I'm getting square eyes at the moment and dates are all starting to blur together.

One patient did just bring me in a bottle of wine and a box of maltesers so that was nice.

The Australian Poetry Competition had come down to two finalists, a
University graduate and an old aboriginal.

They were given a word, then allowed two minutes to study the word and
Come up with a poem that contained the word.


The word they were given was ' TIMBUKTU '

First to recite his poem was the university graduate.

He stepped up to the microphone and said:


Slowly across the desert sand
Trekked a lonely caravan
Men on camels two by two
Destination - Timbuktu ...


The crowd went crazy! No way could the old aboriginal top that, they thought.


The old aboriginal calmly made his way to the microphone and recited:

Me and Tim a huntin' went
Met three ****** in a pop up tent
They were three, and we was two
So I buck one, and Timbuktu ....

The aboriginal won

Using the BMI percentile for a 5yr old.......his weight is HEALTHY..........congrats HUN...LOL
