TV presenter Matt Baker

Does anyone remember Matt Baker when he was a presenter on Blue Peter a few years ago?
He had such a horrible, strong Liverpool accent. Now-a-days he seems to be on a lot of things & he has obviously had ellocution lessons because his accent is very toned down now.

OK, so I stand corrected. But whatever the accent, it's not good. But it has definately less now compared to then!!
