I quite liked Malta's song.

Imhotep - I didn't really spot it. Graham Norton mentioned it. He said that the rules state that the singing must be live, but do not state who must be singing. What appears to have happened is the good looking svelte lead singer was miming while the real singer was belting it out in the background.

Shameful really.

Looks like the Romanians have taken a leaf out of our MPs' expenses book - it's technically within the rules but is morally bankrupt.

Very shameful, as long as it's technically within the rules.
Though I'm not so sure.
Never mind,Andrew Lloyd Weber and Jade certainly made us proud.We did reach the top five.Graham said that we have never been in the top five since 2002.
All in all,we did very well....well done to Jade!

As there were forty-two countries voting, the most Norway could have scored was 492. As they scored 387, that is 78.6%. Germany got 161 from a maximum possible 204 in 1982 so that was 78.9%. On that basis, it looks like the Germans have done better in terms of maximum possible scores.
