I've been for a run, had a shower, dressed (power suit ... Grrr!), and I'm just finishing my coffee.

I have to go in a min. cos I've got a meeting in smelly London. But first, here's something I read last night ...

So guys, as you go about your business today, be nice to people who provide services for you ... checkout girls, waitresses, shop assistants, bin men, bar staff, bus drivers, the receptionist at your office ... whoever.

Ask them �How are you today?� and try to sound as if you really care.

Morning all - no work for me today - Inset day at school which means I get to spend the day with my gorgeous little man..

Jayne.. I'm always kind to everyone.. there was a thread on here a while back relating to that topic.. and one person (can't remember who) said, 'well if they're getting paid, I don't need to be nice' which I thought was a bit pointless.. so I make sure that I say hello and thankyou to everyone...

Funny have a lovely day with the baby. I would be a bit nervous, its so long since I had to look after a little one.

Its still very frosty today but I noticed yesterday that the days are jut starting to get a bit longer, hooray.
