I have never allowed my children to watch that rubbish.I'm not against children's TV at all in any way but that is the most unrealistic portrayal of life in a Children's home ever!!! I was brought up in care from the age of 3 months and it is not at all like they portray it in that awful programme.

blimey, calm down!! i didnt want a debate on the programme. I just asked a question about somebody in it.

FYI I worked in childrens homes and I KNOW its nothing like that but then that wouldnt be kids tv would it??

I told my 12 year old daughter about this post.She was a big Tracey Beaker fan.She madea face combing increduity and horror.And made a noise to match.
