a tradgety has happend in ibiza

her daughteer in law has fell from a balcony
and died as a result
they only flew out there on
saturday x

so tragic
has any one heard anything on the news

i know she was just telling
me yesterday that they arrived safly and the room was scruffy
tthey went on one of those club 18 to 30s holiday
i havnt got all the details as yet

Have just phoned the Brit consul here and after a lots of bother they have admitted that yes a woman did fall from a balcony. Their number is [phone] if you want more info, but you'll have to know the name of the poor deceased.

Unfortunately it happens all too often here, I am in favour of covering all balconies with chicken wire, top to bottom, as this will definitely stop accidental falls.

Sorry, can't find out anything else. It should be in the paper tomorrow and I'll look for you. It'll be in the hands of the holiday company and the police and British consul, and as I'm not a relative they won't tell me anything else.

I feel so so sorry for her family. Young folk come over here to enjoy themselves and a tragedy happens. I'm not saying this is what happened in her case, but usually it's drink or drugs. Another young chap died on Sunday afternoon after overdosing on E. It breaks my heart, as youngsters should have fun and not suffer for it. This is why I wish they'd cover the balconies as it's all too easy to sit on the edge and topple over.

they dont take drugs i know that for sure
she was a nursery nurse here

the drink may have somthing to do with it
as they are not big drinkers either

maybe overdone it as they were relaxing on a holiday

Don't tell your friend, but if she hasn't heard from her son for a while, he may be in police custody until cause of death has been proven. It's normal in these cases and doesn't really mean anything, just a precaution. Tell her he'll have been tied up with red tape etc.
