I've just had a pork chop with a mixed spice and ceyene pepper coating, with homemade mash, spinach and soya beans.

Need you ask - home-cooked King Prawn Phall with bombay potato from a microwave pouch, boil-in-the-bag brown rice, and Pickle 'N Spice extra hot scotch bonnet sauce. Sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves (from the freezer) and loads of white pepper.

There's a box of Terry's All Gold plain on top of the piano.

A southern fried chicken steak and a few oven chips are in the oven now. Can't be arsed cooking properly tonight.

Ate out with my mum earlier and had a lovely pub but "home cooked" steak and ale pie with new potatoes and broccoli...mmmm :)
