Does this happen to anyone else? You go for an interview, it all goes well, you get told you'll get a phone call on such and such a day to tell you the outcome - and then no phone call and no letter! I think its so not right, especially when you've taken a day out of life to attend a trial day etc and then they can't even be bothered to contact you! Even worse when you know it was down to 3 people and you! This is the second time this had happened so not an isolated incident. Just so annoying and wondered what everyone else though! Needed to let off some steam!

Many companies have an agreement to let you have constructive criticism as to why you didn't succeed. Might help for the future. Good luck with the search.
