I only have a tiny amount of info but I need help with this pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!! I'm trying to remember the title of a series in the 1990's (don't know if it was on BBC, ITV etc) it was set in the 1950's and had young girls as its central characters and there was lots of music. I had the soundtrack on cassette (!) and I can remember that Paul Anka's song Diana was on there and also Doris Day's Secret Love. It was definitely not Sex, Chips and Rock n Roll or Heartbeat!!!!!!!!!. All help very gratefully received!!!!

Was it Busy Line? can't remember what it was called but Leticia (sp?) Dean was in it and a character called Fruity! The theme tune went "I called my baby's number, it went beep, beep, beep, beep busy line!".
