Thanks ethandron,

Good job as well, as I bought 4 large portions last night as they were on today's date for consuming and they were only 22p each
You can freeze anything apart from alcohol whether you can eat it later is a different question :-)
Yum I had some pork pie at lunch time with mustard........
why not throw it and buy anotherone when you need it tight sod
Yes. You can actually buy them frozen. Most foods can be frozen, Some veg and all potato products should be blanched first. You can actually freeze alcoholic beverages, the alcohol itself wont freeze in a domestic freezer, but Archers left in the freezer for about 12 hours is scrummy! Please enjoy alcohol sensibly, or you may end up like me! (hic)

rd14962,

Thanks about the pork pie Q, but if you freeze wine, the bottle can crack.
I have in the past put white wine in the freezer to cool down quickly, but sometimes have forgotten and the next day its cracked.
