Being hooked on the programme once again, I like to know what anyone else thought of what happened in the show....and ultimately whether the right person went. This week I won't give away any details in the question for anyone who watches the repeat instead....

In my opinion Ian was the right person to go. He did seem pretty useless when put into a position of power - think he's better off when he's being told what to do. I have to say I'm not all that keen on Kevin either - he seemed to think afterwards he had done an amazing job when it was quite clear he hadn't. Saying that though, being in charge of a professional kitchen must be extremely hard!

Did anyone see The Apprentice: You're Fired! on BBC2 afterwards? Quite often candidates who I haven't been that keen on in the show come across as reasonably nice....but I didn't think Ian came across well at all! He tried to be funny, but to me seemed arrogant and bitter.
this week I agreed with Sir Alan. Simon is a hard worker and has a good head on him but needs to show a bit more. He is the only one that will do anything to get a result. I mean what the hell was that tirade in the car about getting black bags??? What a stuck up ****!

I think Simon will be made PM next week as Sir Alan indicated that he wants to see if he is capable. I also believe that the PM this week had to be fully accountable as he appointed Matt Lucas (Kevin) as the Head Chef (?!?) and should have reveiwed the prices with him before getting them printed.

Great TV though. Only thing on worth watching at the moment other than Arsenal losing!!!
with you there squidgster. thought he was gonna cry why his dad said that he had done a crap job! lol

Kevin will need to get his game together as he is already on a warning from Sir Alan I feel.

As far as the girls go, I hope that the awful ginger one goes soon. She's going me a headache!

exactly for someone that has lived in pubs since he was 14 he should have been wise enough to think to himself 'who can I get some advice from?'

easy after the event but I always call on people for their advice when they may know more than me (which is most people) lol

I thought he wasn't that bad until on the You're Fired programme when he "couldn't remember" whether Kevin had called a pep talk despite just watching footage of it! I don't like Clare Young, she seems to criticise everyone else but never has ideas of her own!
