I've bought all 6 seasons of Family Guy on DVD, but I've realised that there are a lot of episodes which were shown on tv but aren't on the DVD's. Does anyone know the reason for this? I find it annoying.

Which ones?

I know Blue Harvest has been released on its own, but which others are missing (I have them all too)
There are a list of the season episodes here...

I can't be specific as I haven't looked it up properly yet but for example there were 3 episodes on BBC3 from season5 that aren't on the DVD's
probably as a result of consumer advertising for the dvd brand/distributors, they may bring the missing dvds out at a later date to maximise company benefits if it is proven that there is a consumer market for the missing episodes, that is.

You can download them using Eealplayer from www.familyguyx.net. It had all of them last time I looked.
