I don't think so.

Last I heard was Ledger had near enough completed his parts and with the make up he was wearing a stand in and CGI will suffice.

They did it successfully with The Crow years ago, so should be unnoticeable now.

And Christian Bale is by far the best Batman.

certainly from what has been revealed of Ledger's commitment and performance over the last few months, it would be fitting that the work is completed and released, it is very very eagerly anticipated .

They also did it in gladiator with Oliver Reeds Character.

In fact he completed all his scenes...so no need for CGI
