Does anyone have the address of top up tv. I wish to cancel my subscription AGAIN. I sent a letter to them a few months ago but nothing happened. Then recently I received a very rude phone call from them for cancelling my direct debit. I explained that I had sent off a letter cancelling the service but he said I had sent it the wrong address. He then told me the address to send the letter to, which was the same address I sent it to in the first place. The attitude of the person on the phone was absolutely disgusting. I would report him but he refused to give his name.

Hmm - they don't seem to like putting an actual postal address on their website, but you could always phone them and/or e-mail them.

Why not just cancel it at your bank - I've had to do just that in the past, oddly enough for a TV thing.

As I said postdog, I cancelled the direct debit but top up tv aren't happy. They wont accept the cancellation until they have recieved a letter and therefore shall chase the money they say is still owed to them.Problem is, they wont aknowledge the letter, they wont accept cancellation over the phone and nobody seems to know the correct address to send the letter to !
sorry, that bit in your op didn't register for some reason. I know in my case they chased me for the money after for a month or two, but they couldn't get any, and I wasn't too bothered. I'd kept copies of letters I'd sent, cancelled the dd, and because they weren't getting the money, the service stopped - end of story. There's only so much you can do and you've tried - not your fault.
