Does anyone know the episode where there's a kid and he go to the receptionist and says "moma said you had a lollypop, give me a red one"

The Episode is called "My Fault" it's from Season 3. The guy providing the kid's deep voice is Richard Wells, the director of that episode.

It's the one where Dr Kelso starts offering full body scans, and that hypochondriac guy wants one, and DR Cox is trying to talk him out of it.
