I'm sure it was in the East End of London, near Brick Lane, but it was a purpose built mock up. Don't know more than that sorry.

yep, it was purpose built, not one of his restaurants at all.

it was a purpose built restaurant/kitchen for the series, it was where the bodyworks exhibition was held last year, on Brick Lane.
