Banana Boat

I havn't seen it in a while, but if i remember rightly, Suzanna was let out of the nut house, Lisa was still in there and was more mental then ever! It ended with Suzannah in a taxi going home. and i think she then wrote a book about her experience in there.
It is a really good heart wrenching film.
Feel free to correct me anyone if i am wrong here. I hope this helps.
