ITV regional reception on a satellite dish

Does anyone know why I can get ITV (Thames Valley) and ITV (London) thru my Sky+ box, but not ITV (Meridian) yet my next door neighbour can get Meridian and Thames Valley, but not London?

I've never found Sky to be particularly helpful when I ring up, so I'll just live with the "problem" :o)
