What are these shoes called?

Hi.

Can someone please help me identify what the generic term for shoes which are like this. (photo below)

Rubber soled, heeled, top cap. Normally seen in beige or white. sometimes in black/white.

without the heel they would just be like converse style, or 'baseball boots' i think some people call them but i think thats more when they are ankle high ones.

i still reckon there's a proper name for them. what would retailers call them? i used to see these loads when i was younger, now with all this trend into toecapped rubber sole shoes, you'd think there'd be an explosion of em. Maybe there's a niche, cos i'm sure they would sell.
i used to love them when i was younger, but like you no idea what the name of them is.
i'd say wikipedia them but not sure that will work without the name!
you could post this same question on Yahoo answers? maybe someone over there will know.
i work in a shop but all our shoes come in with their own names like we actually got a pair of boots in the other day called "wow marge" - and this is in a major fashion store!
really think they are running out of ideas! x
