Radio mystery vioce competition

Hiya

A local radio station is running a mystery voice competition and its up to �300!!! Its been going for 4 weeks odd and I am so wound up cuz I am sure i know the person...

She is female and sounds like Angelica Bell from BBC but its not her as shes been guessed, she is saying the following..

"kids loved it, d'ya know what I mean, theres something about it that kids will like you know theres like this whole universe...."

Any one think of any singer/presenter or any famous lady saying that????
