Can you tell me the name of the band that plays at the end of the billy conolly tours, he is the singer on it,

im not 100% sure but i know he sings with a banjo and that he used to be in a band called the humblebums. sorry if this is no help.

I think it could be the humblebums, too.
Gerry Rafferty was also in it.
