am i the only one who hasnt had the sky magazine for ages?

I was told by the call centre when i downgraded to the smallest package that i would no longer receive the magazine.....but we still get it!!

we moved house and in nov had our sky package transferred to our new place. not just the basic package, film and sport. i mentioned to my hubby that we hadnt been getting a magazine, dont know how to contact them, any help appreciated.

i havent had the magazine for months, we are on the full package, ive been in touch with sky 3 times about it and each time they tell me it has been posted, yesterday when i asked again the person on the phone said, ive just realised i havent been getting mine either!!! he checked all my details and said they were correct but didnt know why they werent arriving, he said he would put in a query about them, suppose thats the last i'll hear about it.! i just phone sky customer services, hope you have more luck than me 08702 404040
