Does anyone remember a kida program that used to be on ITV years ago with a female character called Teabag? There was a young boy who used to collect silver spoons. Was it called Teabag or something else? The woman who played her is now behind the bar in Emmerdale.

There were several series featuring T-Bag, and her trusty sidekick T-shirt. In each series a child, usually a girl, referred to as Polly-Peewee Perfect Pants or somesuch by the hapless T-Bag, would have to collect something: musical notes, silver spoons, missing letters of the alphabet, etc.

There were actually two acresses who played the part of T-Bag: A brunette with a Yorkshire (I think) accent, who is presumably the one now in Emmerdale (which I don't watch), and an American with silvery-blonde hair, who was by FAR the better T-Bag.

yeah it was elizabeth estensen, who used to be in the later series of the liver birds. cant quite remember what this program was called. it wasnt just called 't bag' was it?
